Fintech Announces Allied Partnerships with Michigan and Texas Restaurant Associations

Tampa, FL June 1, 2016 – Fintech is pleased to announce that the Michigan Restaurant Association (MRA) and the Texas Restaurant Association (TRA) have partnered with Fintech to recommend its OneSource® solution for their members’ beverage alcohol purchases. The partnerships improve alcohol purchasing and payment efficiency for members, leading to increased profitability and awareness for the restaurant industry.

Beverage alcohol is an important part of the restaurant industry, and these partnerships improve visibility into alcohol purchasing habits, regulatory compliance and payments. Utilizing Fintech also reduces the need to have cash or checks on hand at the time of delivery. In addition, members who use Fintech are able to eliminate their escrow accounts, recovering deposits from their distributors and allowing those funds to be used for operating purposes.

Fintech, the OneSource solution for the beverage alcohol business, has always been a strong advocate of the state restaurant associations.  This alliance reflects Fintech’s position as a trusted partner of MRA and TRA and will both empower and support the restaurant and hospitality industry. With more than 350 Michigan and Texas alcohol distributors utilizing Fintech's system (and over 2,600 nationwide), the relationship with Fintech is a natural fit to support the more than 15,000 restaurant businesses combined in the two states.

This partnership with Fintech also includes access to in-depth data analysis and automated reporting to help members understand their alcohol invoices and purchasing habits. Using Fintech provides insight that allows operators to see where they are spending money, where they have the potential to save, and the best ways to maximize purchases. Best of all, everyone wins—both the restaurant and the distributor, who eliminates cost in delivery time and collections when both parties use Fintech.

"This partnership demonstrates Fintech’s commitment to providing restaurants enhanced data and services that will help propel their operations forward, while additionally aiding in the awareness and advancement of the industry." said Scott Riley, Fintech CEO.
